Seller Notes: “Here is a fine quality antique English Art Deco walnut desk, comprising two pedestals with six ... “Here is a fine quality antique English Art Deco walnut desk, comprising two pedestals with six drawers, circa 1935, in excellent condition, which has been adapted from a dressing table. The Art Deco pedestal office desk has been cleaned and French polished by hand, to a professional standard, in our workshop, therefore the colour and patination are of an excellent standard. Nominal old use marks to the leading edges and insides of drawers, but nothing significant considering the age of the item (see photos). There is no damage to the desk. The drawers retain their original handles. The drawers are constructed with dovetail joints and mahogany drawer linings, which closing flush to the frame. This is a single piece desk; it does not dismantle into sections. This Art Deco desk is well constructed, solid in joint and ready to use.”
