    This is a 'Grey' import, so Broadcom will refuse to provide any support and tell you to return it for a full refund. Don't expect any support from the seller (Queen SystemsNL) either. I know, I've tried because I've tried reaching out! In short, you're on your own with this one. I'm still not sure if it works and would think twice about buying one of these from this seller in the future. The only positive point is the attractive price.

    This is a non Broadcom oem-free item. Firmware updates would not work. Broadcom updates are only applicable to non-OEM HBAs and validated via hardware security keys. Product packaging is also not Broadcom original, as suggested on the item photo.
