He created a shipping label on Sept. 19, but didn't ship it till Sept. 23(which was the day I was supposed to receive it). I messaged him to see when he was going to ship it, but he never responded. I finally received the item on Sept. 27. The whole reason I ordered from them was because of the shipping time. And it took a long time for them to ship it.
