    Hi , You decided to go on holiday during the delivery window of this item. 6 Attempts at delivery were recorded on the tracking but you then opened a non received case once it was sent back to sender. The item subsequently got lost on its return journey too me as shown by the tracking. Ebay sided with me on the case because its not my fault you bought an item knowing you would be away during its delivery. Kind regards Jay
