Overall, a great seller. The item shipped out on Monday night my time, and I received it in the US on Wednesday. The pen was shipped in a cardboard envelope, which made me nervous when I saw the package, but the pen itself was wrapped pretty well in bubble wrap and corrugated cardboard. The box was not included, so if that's important to you, be sure to ask the seller about it. Despite the lack of box, the pen appears to be a genuine Pilot Custom 74, and writes beautifully.
