    I ordered and paid for 12 pieces of track ( makes a complete circle) on Nov. 14. Order was shipped Nov. 22 (8 days to ship) and received (in US west coast) on Dec. 2 ONLY 10 PIECES WERE SENT. I e-mailed seller Dec.3. He apologized, said he would ship 2 pieces. I e-mailed Dec. 4 requesting an e-mail when he was going to ship them. Dec. 9th never got an e-mail so I requested at least refund me for the 2 pieces. Dec. 10 seller said he sent them a week ago. Dec. 21 STILL NO TRACKS.
