Le vendeur s'est trompé d'article dans le colis. J'ai eu droit à un remboursement partiel mais j'ai perdu de l'argent et l'article reçul n'a aucune valeur marchande. Le vendeur va sûrement faire une réponse très polie et me faire passer pour un client pénible, mais ce n'est pas le cas et j'ai des traces de nos échanges qui prouveront sa mauvaise foi.
