I got an update with the tracking number almost right away, but then the item wasn't sent, which I could tell by looking at the tracking info. But of course EBay wouldn't let me give feedback about not receiving the item until the due date. At that point I did not get ANY communication back from the seller, just a new due date.
In addition, the item didn't quite work for my old Cuisinart so my husband did some adjustments to it so it would fit. I will avoid this seller in the future
