    Item was incorrectly described as ear clip when was over the ear. Seller did the right thing. No hard feelings.

    For whatever reason, the wrong thing was sent. I think it's because the packaging looks the same from the outside and on our end, we did not pay enough attention. We have accepted the return, because... of course... it's not what you ordered. I presume the NEUTRAL FEEDBACK is because you did not get what you wanted, I may suggest in the future rather than request an automatic refund, you ask for a replacement... nobody wants to send out the wrong thing, but if it happens, it can be fixed...
