    After one month of trying to work nicely with this seller to either get the item or a refund, eBay mercifully stepped in and gave me a refund. I found this seller to be impossible to work with, dragging things out; not being up-front or straight with me; not answering my direct questions about what I could expect; and saying things misleadingly if she did answer. I am grateful for eBay's help and to get the refund for non-delivery & an end to the torture.
