  I received my soap ad print this evening. I can't wait to hang it on my wall. Very well packaged and it arrived on time. Thank you for sending my item so promptly.

  The mailing tube and the Kewpieville Art page both have a strong musty/moldy odor. Also the print arrived with wrinkled edges that were not visible in the photo of this item on eBay. The plastic sleeve the print was placed in was also wrinkled on the edges - the wrinkles in the print most likely happened in transit when the rolled print shifted inside the mailing tube and hit the end of the tube. Very disappointing!

  We store our inventory in a controlled building. I would never ship a moldy item. please check feedback as there has been NO issues with wrinkling. It would take a drop from the second floor window to cause any shifting inside our custom order tubes. This buyer was angry that I would not offer a discount and thus "gets even with me"... wow... I too am "very disappointed" but am thankful that 99.99% of our customers are happy and grateful for our hard work. and see no reason to get even!

  If you read the other neutral comments left for this seller, you will see that another buyer left feedback that said "shipping container very smelly" - I am not the only buyer who received a smelly item. The feedback I left for this seller is an accurate description of my experience. The items I received were indeed smelly and wrinkled on the edges. If I wanted to "get even" with this seller, which definitely was not the case, I would have left Negative Feedback instead of Neutral Feedback.
